Movema is an exciting new company using dance from around the globe to engage, educate and entertain.  “Movema” means ‘to move’ in St Lucian Patois, and this embodies the company’s aim to inspire our UK communities ‘to move’ their bodies and their minds to the rhythms of their roots. Movema’s dance classes draw on Bollywood, Afro-Funk and Caribbean forms.

A speciality is ZUMBA, the new fitness craze combining Latin dance, music and an aerobic workout. Suitable for adults over 18 (16 & 17yrs with a guardian).  Please bring a bottle of water and lots of energy!
